Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for retail shops and B2B segments in the frozen and processing foods industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for the retail shop and B2B segment
• Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers
• Monitoring Brand Promoter
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor/HSC
• Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales
• Experience in frozen food and Fish-Meat industries
• Understanding of market trends, competitors, and client needs specific to the industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools
• Ability to prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals

Preferred Skills

• Experience in frozen food industry
• Strong network in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
