Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor
  • Experience in MFS, Bank, or Fin-Tech call center industries
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software
