We are seeking a Customer Care Service Officer to handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service within MFS, Bank, or Fin-Tech industries.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor
- Experience in MFS, Bank, or Fin-Tech call center industries
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software
