RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing product and service information to the Customer,
Solved and took necessary action on customer complaints,
Achieved daily and monthly sales targets,
Maintain all databases and reports,
Any other activities as required by the department.
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in tele-sales,
Bachelors/ HSC
Must be proficient in communication skills and sales techniques,
Ability to work on computer and smartphone.
COMPENSATION & OTHER BENEFITS
Salary: 12,000-15,000
Incentive: 1-2.5%
