JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods and personnel.
Develop and optimize delivery routes while tracking shipment progress to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Proactively manage vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and operational disruptions by implementing contingency plans and arranging alternative transportation to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation, registration, insurance, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, mileage, and transportation logs.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, hub, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company transportation policies, road safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation performance reports, highlighting key operational metrics, issues, and improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Diploma in Automobile
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills in verbal and written,
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Driving 4-wheeler will be considered an additional qualification,
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office and software.
EXPERIENCE
At least 2-5 years of experience.
