Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic Brand Promoter to represent our brand in retail environments. You will be responsible for promoting our products, demonstrating features to customers, and creating positive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products to customers in retail outlets, events, and other venues
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers clearly and confidently
• Create positive brand experiences to enhance customer loyalty and awareness
• Gather customer feedback and report market trends to the marketing team
• Maintain the display and presentation of products at promotional sites
• Meet daily/weekly targets for brand awareness and customer engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• HSC/Bachelor
• Previous experience in BP, trade sales is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in public interactions
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail promotion
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with diverse customers
• Knowledge of product demonstration techniques
